C+D Starter Decks - (2000) (OOP)

The C+D Redemption CCG Starter decks were the 2nd edition starters. They had 2 printing runs which changed a few cards very minimumally. Each deck contains 50 cards. These are becoming rarer and rarer to get and introduced some amazing cards for the current time Redemption was in. The second printing also changed the added Kingdoms of the World and Goshen to the decks in replace of Sword of the Spirit. This introduced us to the new Fortress icon.

This card helped fight against the insanely strong fight by the numbers deck and was almost a staple in any deck that didn't play fight by the numbers. I hated this card because I loved fight by the numbers and won Nationals with it.

This card was insane to throw in stand alone with Captain of the Host for a very powerful band. I've used this card in many decks and although it's not as good today, it was amazing when it came out!

Being able to interrupt a card that could potentially kill you as well as draw 3 and play the next enhancement was always amazing during this era but especially amazing that they finally put it on a evil card.
